These systems monitor and alert our Service Desk of issues before you experience the pain of downtimes. Our engineers seek approval before completing any on-site work. Customer using this service plan are charged at a discounted hourly rate.
Enjoy peace of mind knowing that your business IT systems are monitored and maintained. With our IT Essentials plan we monitor critical system alerts and will perform monthly scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure that your systems are up to date and performing as desired.
– Eliminate multiple supplier and gain the benefits of a fixed monthly cost for the management of your ICT system. Includes monitoring, proactive maintenance and troubleshooting support across your entire desktop, server and network environment. Onsite visits are included where faults cannot be resolved remotely. It’s like having your own IT department!
